- 6-7: Run 1 mile, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile
- 8-9: Run 1 mile, Bike 2 miles, Run 1 mile
- 10-11: Run 2 miles, Bike 6 miles, Run 2 miles
- 12-14: Run 2 miles, Bike 6 miles, Run 2miles

(The 6-7 age group and 8-9 age group compete together but awards will be separate for both male and female finishers; the 10-11 and 12-14 will do the same)
